Forever Garlic-Thyme combines garlic and thyme, two very powerful antioxidants, in a nutritional supplement with beneficial effects on maintaining health. If garlic is cut or crushed, its enzymes enter into action, producing a powerful antioxidant agent. Studies have shown that other garlic compounds support metabolic processes to convert lipids into energy and defend the body against free radicals.

Garlic-Thyme odorless gelatin capsules also contain garlic (organic sulfur) with beneficial properties for the body and lecithin, which helps in lipid emulsification. Garlic also contains germanium, a microelement that can stimulate the immune system, and selenium, an antioxidant microelement.

The thyme contains the antioxidants tannin, phenol and thymol (saponins). Other nutrients in Garlic-Thyme are potassium, calcium, magnesium, vitamin B and vitamin C.
