Cellulite is the eternal problem of women, regardless of age or weight does not forgive anyone. Most women are in a constant battle with cellulite and too few manage to win.

From my own experience I tried all the methods available in salons, vacuum, thermal blanket, laser, creams, thermal creams, massage, suction cups, lymph drainage and others.
The problem with these methods is that they require many sessions, often expensive and if they are interrupted you will return in a very short time to the previous condition.
The method preferred by me and which seemed to me the most efficient and with lasting effects is my own invention and leaves you with a very fine skin, reduces cellulite by up to 90% and you can even lose extra kg.
Cellulite is a structural problem of the muscle mass under the skin and can only be corrected by reversing the cause, namely muscle fibers atrophied under the skin in problem areas that we call “cellulite”.
Because these grooves and imperfections are a symptom of a problem that is not on the surface of the skin; it is impossible for creams, lotions or gels to have a physiological impact on the cause of the problem …
So what I advice from experience:
1.Improve lymphatic system function
The root cause of cellulite often is a poor lymph circulation that causes fats, toxins, and wastes to become stuck under the surface of the skin.

2. Skip breakfast or replace with 2 glasses of tea
